My love for wrapping started long before ribbons and paper became my job — it started with my mom.
When I was nine, she’d pile me and my seven-year-old sister into the car and take us to volunteer for a nonprofit called Santa Cause. Kids who might not have gifts under their tree would write letters to Santa, and we’d get to help make their wishes come true.
Inside a giant warehouse filled with donated toys and handwritten letters, we’d “shop” for each family — choosing three or four gifts per person, wrapping them carefully, and packing everything into huge Santa bags for delivery.
The next year, we even got to ride along on a delivery dressed as elves.
It was pure Christmas magic — and also the first time I truly understood what generosity looks like in action.
Growing up in a low-income home, we didn’t have a lot, but my mom gave us the greatest gift: the perspective to see joy in giving. That lesson shaped everything about who I am — kind, empathetic, and endlessly inspired by what a little beauty and thoughtfulness can do.
Fast forward to today
Now, as a mom myself, I live in that same nostalgia — the smell of fresh wrapping paper, the hunt for the perfect ribbon, and the excitement of creating something so pretty you almost don’t want to open it.
Every package I wrap carries a bit of that story: the love of giving, the care of details, and the joy of making someone feel seen.
From Me: To You Wraps is more than a wrapping service — it’s a celebration of thoughtfulness, of slowing down, and of finding the magic in every gift-giving moment.
Because every gift tells a story.
And I’d love to help you tell yours — beautifully.
